Hello, my name is Ann Griffin and I am the fifth grade teacher at Holy Spirit Catholic School. I enjoy working with children and guiding them to reach their full potential. I believe every child should be valued and treated with respect. Teaching at Holy Spirit allows me to guide the students in their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus.
I have been teaching in the Archdiocese of St. Louis for 28 years. This includes 13 years teaching fifth grade. I have also taught second grade, first grade, and Kindergarten.
I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Education from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. My Religious Education Certification is from the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
I am also the director of Spirit Zone (after-care program) at Holy Spirit Catholic School.
